Terms + Conditions / Policy

We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, and other file formats as agreed upon for design or scanning projects. All files submitted by clients must be complete, accurate, and suitable for 3D printing or production. While we may make minor adjustments to files to improve print success, we are not responsible for errors, defects, or failures caused by corrupted, incompatible, or improperly prepared files supplied by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have reviewed and approved all files before production begins.

All pricing is customized based on project scope, material selection, print time, finishing requirements, and labor. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if project specifications change or unforeseen issues arise during production. A deposit may be required for custom or design-based projects, and full payment is required before shipping or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include card payments and bank transfers. Additional charges may apply for revisions, added materials, rush services, or unexpected printing or scanning complications.

Estimated production timelines and shipping costs are provided at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, production and delivery dates are not guaranteed. MAD CREATIVE is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once an order has been handed off to a shipping carrier. Local pickup is available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and design services, custom-designed and printed items are non-refundable once production has begun. If a print error or defect is determined to be caused by our production process, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion. Cancellations requested after work has started may be subject to fees to cover time, materials, and labor already invested.

Clients confirm that they own or have legal rights to all files, designs, and reference materials submitted for production. MAD CREATIVE is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from client-provided content. Any designs, CAD files, or models created by MAD CREATIVE remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed upon in writing.

3D printed items may have inherent limitations or risks depending on their design, material, and intended use. Clients are solely responsible for determining the suitability, safety, and compliance of printed items for their specific application. MAD CREATIVE is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling of printed items, designs, or equipment. All provided instructions for assembly, installation, and use must be followed carefully.
